Cooking Classes

Our cooking classes revolve around themes such as "Entertaining in Style", "Your Signature Dish", "Celebrating Traditional Holidays" and special "Culinary Adventures with Chef Andrée". Private classes are also available.  In each cooking class, you will:

 

  • Learn popular French-inspired recipes impeccably prepared and served
  • Help in the preparation of dishes
  • Master essential cooking principles and techniques
  • Taste the meal we have prepared together
  • Receive a copy of the recipes prepared during class, a grocery list and wine suggestions for each dish

Chef Andrée’s Winter Cooking Adventure

Join us on this winter cooking adventure in the ByWard Market! Get tips from a pro, as chef Andrée of C’est Bon Cooking shows you around the ByWard Market, and introduces you to her favourite merchants. The tour finishes off at the kitchen of La Bottega Nicastro, one of the Market’s most bustling food shops, where you will help create a seasonal menu and delicious dinner of Duck Confit, which you then get to sit down and enjoy!
