We believe one of the best ways to learn about a city is to explore its neighbourhood food markets, sample local produce and dishes, and meet area chefs and food artisans. C’est Bon’s gourmet walking tours are an ideal introduction to the national capital region’s vibrant food scene. Meet the bright lights and find the hidden treasures with the help of our expert and insightful guides.
Our current tours explore Ottawa’s ByWard Market, Preston Street and Westboro neighbourhoods, as well as Eddy Street in old Gatineau. These delightful epicurean outings last two to three hours each. They’re casual walking tours, so be sure to dress for the weather. Minimum of four people required for each tour.

Get to know Ottawa’s delightful ByWard Market with the people who know it best. Your C’est Bon guide will introduce you to some of gastronomy’s big names and little knowns in the city’s most historic neighbourhood. Meet the chefs, producers and food artisans and experience the Market the way the locals do.
The Courtyard Tour focuses on the western half of the market while the Lowertown Tour focuses on the east. Click here for a video clip
